John A. Proctor, Marketing Director

A ninth generation West Virginian, John Proctor is a Huntington WV native with both a B.A and an M.A. in History from Marshall University and his Juris Doctorate from West Virginia University College of Law.

John and his family recently relocated to Charlestown, NH to participate with MID, LLC in the Green transformation that is occurring in New England.  In 2000, John was a founder of a US based Denmark licensed wind turbine manufacturing business, Specialized Power Systems. MID, LLC became an early investor and partner in the business.

Together they set up the manufacturing facility, supply chain, and pipeline of sales for both utility and community projects including: the iconic world’s first wind-powered skyscraper the Bahrain World Trade Center twin towers, first utility wind project in the Caribbean for Dominica and the first wind project funded by the California SGIP grant program for an olive farm the iconic McEvoy Ranch.

John has continued supporting diverse renewable energy projects with MID, LLC including biomass, waste-to-energy, and solar developments.  An experienced trial lawyer Mr. Proctor is also a graduate of the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia. Mr. Proctor has spent a great deal of his career assisting people and businesses structure and create new businesses and opportunities.
